"This provides our customers better services and will lower our costs so we can pass it on.", says Justin Gyles Director of Technology. "Our monitoring service data center will monitor networks and single computers to ensure that they will be running at maximum performance and to manufacturers specifications. It also allows Patriot Network Services LLC the ability to run diagnostics, update Microsoft patches, maintain the hard drives and notify the customers of any pending problems. Surveys show that over 90% of critical failures happen from non managed and non maintained computers and servers."
