As a managed service provider, (MSP), we typically offer information technology (IT) services. We manage and assume responsibility for providing a defined set of networking services to our clients either proactively or as we determine that the services are needed. We bill a flat or near-fixed monthly fee, which benefits our clients by providing them with predictable IT support costs.

We can provide many of our services remotely over the Internet rather than having to perform on-site client visits, which is time consuming and often expensive. Common services provided by us include remote network, desktop and security monitoring, patch management and remote data back-up, as well as technical assistance, web hosting and design and more.

We are a family owned company located in Shirley Ma. We strive to make sure that all of our customers receive the best possible service that we can provide.

Justin Gyles, Pres., has his Computer Science Degree and is Microsoft Certified.  All of engineers are Microsoft Certified and also hold other various degrees and certifications with various manufacturers such as HP, Sonic, Cisco and more.

Alexander Gyles, Dir of E-Commerce Development, is presently working on a graphics art design degree. He designs, manages and updates all of our websites.  He also manages the uptimes on our servers to maintain our present 99% on line ratings.
