Our Managed Services software can be configured to continuously monitor your computer hardware, servers, web servers or other network and web-based services.  Our onsite hardware / software manager will scan and update your desk top computers and servers with the latest Microsoft patches and updates.  They will defrag your hard drives, clean system registry files and even send out alerts to you in case of a system failure or alert that could bring down your network or computers.  All this is running 24X7 so you don't have to come in to your place of business and find out your system is down and you are out of business for the day. We use our Managed Services software to test network and Internet connections using a ping command, and if desired, use specific commands to test DNS, SMTP, POP or HTTP services. Our technicians receive notification alerts when critical servers go down, end-users modify hardware or when a possible security threat occurs. We perform Real-Time monitoring of any system or device. This feature helps us to quickly troubleshoot network, Internet or server performance issues from a remote site or office. Our services can also provide onsite Administrators with comprehensive trending reports for long-term management of client networks.

We offer both onsite and remote monitoring services with1-800 help desk for level one service.   This provides the most proactive results in maintaining your hardware and operating systems.  This also results in lower IT overhead costs. Our onsite services feature visits from our technicians to act as your IT person. In case of a critical failure we will dispatch a technician if the service cannot be performed remotely.

  • Machine Changes Report - Managed Services Providers can easily track changes on a per-machine basis by comparing the current audit information (hardware specs, disk space, installed software) against the baseline audit information. Kaseya will highlight the differences between the audits or optionally, Administrators can compare audit information between two different machines.
  • Network Statistics Report - The Patriot Network Services Managed Services Reports display the network bandwidth consumption by machine or individual application over a configurable time period.
  • Uptime History Report - We can easily view all of your machines uptime status over a configurable time period and determine if a machine is online, offline or has been shut down abnormally. We also use this tool to track server uptime, faulty workstations or to be notified when remote users are online.
  • Monitor Reports - these reports are particularly useful for trending since they allow you to see data collected by windows performance counters and SNMP objects over a configured time period.
